Owner Laurent Thos, started baking with his uncle in Paris at just 7 years old. Frenchie’s Patisserie opened it’s doors in 2014 and has been supplying Cairns best hotels, cafés and restaurants ever since.

Frenchie’s Patisserie is open 7 days a week and all goods are baked fresh daily. Frenchie’s offers FREE delivery 10km within Cairns City for our wholesale customers (orders over $100), or you can pick up from the kitchen between 6am and 10am. You can also find Frenchie or the team from Friday-Sunday each week at Rusty’s Markets.

Regular trading hours resume on 2 January.

Wholesale delivery notice

Frenchies wholesale will be closed on Sunday 14th and Monday 15th due to renovations. No wholesale deliveries during this time. Orders placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday as normal.

Holiday season cut-off update (Wholesalers)

From Tuesday 25 November, orders need to be placed by 1pm for next-day delivery. If you miss the cut-off, send us a text and we’ll try to fit your order in. Thank you for supporting small business in Cairns.

Dear Frenchies customers

In alignment with EOFY price rises we have to raise our prices. Whilst we never like to do this, we need to to be able to provide fresh baked pastries and dessert to you all. Thank you for your continued support of our small business.
