Frenchies kitchen is a labour of love and collaboration between Laurent and his partner Jesse. It is an expansion of an already vibrant love of food and is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Rustys Market, right opposite the Patisserie Stall in Cairns.

Jesse from originally from New Zealand who has travelled and worked extensively around the Globe professionally as a private Chef.  Her passion comes from growing up on a small farm with seasonal produce, having a small orchard and greenhouse, milking the cows and hunting and gathering for family and friends.

Frenchies Kitchen is comfort food and healthy and nutritious at the same time, we aim to use local ingredients, support small business and be environmentally ethical as often as possible.
